Approaching steadfast from the eastern old world
Are the men which only time knows
Wind in their sails, flags at full mast
From the old world has the new world arose
Northmen of the new world stand
On guard for the north new world's glorious vast strands
We look to the sky, high above towering trees
High above plains and mountains; aurora borealis so free
Northstar guide us, pride us, provide us
With the strength to go on
Never will we fail, always prevail
Always the true north, strong and free...

Very fine melodic black metal. Old school. Every track is fantastic and the album flows beautifully. One of the very few new bands that I will actively follow. madhermit

BAN is one of my favourite black metal bands, and this album is a great example as to why; psychedelic, atmospheric black metal that's easy to listen to the whole way through!
This album reminds me of their 777 series, which is probably why I like it so much. Black Metal is easily one of my most-favoured genres when it's not held back by it's stupid conventions that 'trve kvlts' love to upheld. thrashing_fairy
The great NYC black metal group Dawnbreaker returns with another harrowing LP, where brutal riffs are trailed by eerie synths. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 23, 2022
Joseph Hawker subverts the musical and sociopolitical status quo with a black metal triptych that's as incendiary as it is impressionistic. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 5, 2022

very awesome, Summing esq epic metal, but with their own spin, especially in the incredible instrumentation throughout, yes, EVEN BASS. Very pleased with this band and will by buying all their other albums too.
